On Monday, Ellis opened up the fourth Spring Creek location in Houston. This store is in Cypress which is about a 30-40 min. drive for him. This is MUCH better than the hour & 45 min. he spent driving to work when he was in the Atascocita store!
Before the big opening, we had Friends & Family nights on both Friday & Saturday nights this weekend. Friday my good friend Robin & her family went w/ us. Then Saturday I met up w/ Amber & her girls, & I brought along 2 families that live on my street. We all had a great time & enjoyed the great food.
