Today Chase had his school Easter program & egg hunt! Ellis, Shy & I went to the school for the events. . . the program consisted of a short puppet show telling about Jesus & Easter, some Easter songs & each class performing a special song. Chase was NOT interested at all because they missed their naps for the program. . .so he stood there sucking his thumb while looking around - not bothering w/ trying to sing or do the hand motions! This is what happens when Gator misses his much needed nap! After the program the kids took their Easter baksets outside to the playground to hunt some eggs. Each kid was allowed to find 12 eggs! The only way we could get Chase to agree to do it (since he wasn't very happy) was by telling him there was candy in the eggs! He enjoyed finding them from that point on!
